My name is Lauren, I'm 23 years old and currently living in East Sussex with my boyfriend Tom. I started this blog as a hobby to keep myself busy when I was signed off work back in 2015 and as a place to share my adventures and passions - I never for a minute expected it to start getting as many visitors as it has!
I love cooking and baking and I am always looking to try new recipes and ingredients. I love including a mixture of nutritious, healthy mains and rich, indulgent desserts - they make the best combination right?!
